Eliza J. Spencer

Spencer is a Master of Public Administration Candidate at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, and is interested in bridging the gaps between the private, public and nonprofit sector and in nonprofit marketing. She previously interned in the marketing and communications department at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families, and before returning to graduate school worked for a strategic design and branding firm in New York City.
