Damion Grasso

Dr. Grasso is a licensed clinical psychologist and Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at UConn where I co-lead the Family Adversity and Resilience Research Program (bit.ly/uchcfarr). Dr. Grasso's research broadly focuses on understanding social and biological factors that play a role in determining risk or resilience after exposure to trauma or adversity, developing and evaluating tools and methods for assessing and quantifying trauma exposure and associated outcomes, and evaluating trauma-informed interventions and identifying key factors that facilitate positive change.
