"The Effects of Road Pricing on Driver Behavior and Air Pollution" (with Matthew Gibson). Journal of Urban Economics 89 (September 2015): 62-73.

Evaluates the effectiveness of a road pricing scheme in the city of Milan, Italy. Finds that while reduction of traffic varies by area depending on public transit availability, overall the policy is successful at reducing urban pollution.
