Natalya M. Green

Green's research focuses on improving educational opportunities, resources, and outcomes within K-12 and higher education for historically marginalized populations including students of color, foster youth, and students with disabilities. Overarching themes in Green's writings include education policy, DEI initiatives, student engagement, teacher retention, and overall educational improvement. Green serves as the President of the Qualitative Research Student Organization and a research assistant for the Collaborative for Equity in Education at the University of Florida.
