About Noreen

Sugrue's domestic research focus is on the wealth gap, inequality, immigration, housing, inequity, and the Latino community. Her international research focuses on nursing, particularly the neonatal nursing workforce, policy, and educational issues. Overarching themes in Sugrue's writings include answering the questions of: who gets what and why? What policies and incentives need to be implemented to ensure greater equity?
