Hayduk’s research on American Politics centers on political participation, elections, immigration policy, immigrant voting rights, inequality, participatory budgeting, social movements, and race. Hayduk is a nationally recognized expert on immigrant voting rights and the author of "Democracy for All: Restoring Immigrant Voting in the U.S." Hayduk has supported the work of community organizations and policy makers in the Bay Area and California, New York City and other states in the U.S.
