About Sahnah
Dr. Lim's research focuses on mental health and sexual and reproductive health outcomes. Overarching themes in Dr. Lim's writings include the applicability of intersectional and syndemic theory among multiply marginalized populations. Dr. Lim serves as lead of the Gender Equity Scientific Track at the NYU School of Medicine Department of Population Health's Section for Health Equity. She serves as an affiliated investigator at the NYU Center for Drugs Use and HIV/HCV Research. Lastly, Dr. Lim serves as a member on various coalitions and advocacy groups related to the well-being of sexual and gender minority populations & survivors of violence.
