About Tina
Reuter’s research centers on human rights with a focus on the empowerment of marginalized populations. She examines how international human rights principles and norms, and language take effect at the local and grassroots level, including through human rights city initiatives and community-driven governance efforts. Her work further explores how technology can enhance access, inclusion, and participation while mitigating inequities. To advance this research, Reuter uses mixed methods, combining qualitative, quantitative, policy, and community-engaged approaches.
