About Carl
Greer’s research focuses on the relationship between school-centric spaces and community-centric spaces. Overarching themes in Greer’s writings include Out of School Time (OST) Spaces, Youth Sociopolitical & Racial Development, Advocacy/Resistance, Neoliberalism, and Critical Race Theory. Greer serves the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW) School of Education as an Education Graduate Research Scholars Fellow, UW Graduate Research Fellow, and advisees on the Dean’s Graduate Student Advisory Council.
