David S. Cohen

Cohen’s scholarship explores the intersection of constitutional law and gender, emphasizing how the law impacts abortion provision, including violence against abortion providers, as well as sex segregation and masculinity. He also researches voting anomalies in the Supreme Court. Cohen has published two co-authored books about abortion in the United States. He serves on the board of the Women's Law Project and the Abortion Care Network and litigates abortion-related cases with the Women's Law Project.
