SSN Launches "No Jargon" Podcast

The first episodes of the Scholars Strategy Network podcast, No Jargon, launched Wednesday, November 4th. The weekly podcast presents interviews with top university scholars on politics, policy problems, and social issues facing the nation. Powerful research, intriguing perspectives – and no jargon. The podcast launched with three episodes:

Episode 1: The Kochs, Americans For Prosperity, and The Right
Theda Skocpol (Harvard University) discusses changes in and around the Republican Party and explains how conservatives are reaching out to new constituencies.

Episode 2: The Varied Face of the Tea Party
Heath Brown (John Jay College, City University of New York) discusses the origins of the Tea Party, how varies across the country, and its influence on the 2016 elections.

Episode 3: The Truth About Voter Fraud
Erin O’Brien (University of Massachusetts Boston) illuminates the absence of voter fraud in the United States and the presence of voter suppression based on race.
