About Sam

Neylon’s research focuses on income inequality, the labor movement, work, and the role of managers in organizations. His dissertation will examine how power and conflict shape the implementation of new workplace technologies. Neylon is also part of a research team doing quantitative analysis of inequality in higher education. In the past, he has worked as a researcher and organizer in the labor movement.
