Courtney Rejano

Rejano's focus is exploring current approaches to cultural competence and diversity, equity, and inclusion in medical education and how there can be a shift to critical consciousness, structural competency, and an antiracist model. Rejano also looks for ways to address income inequality particularly to benefit mothers, children, and families.
