Courtney Rejano

I have been a medical education professional for 12 years and I am working on applying medical anthropology in that realm. My focus is exploring current approaches to cultural competence and diversity, equity, and inclusion in medical education and how there can be a shift to a critical consciousness, structural competency, and an antiracist model. I am also look for ways to address income inequality particularly to benefit mothers, children, and families.
