About Frank

Bosco studies various topics pertaining to human resource management, organizational behavior and organizational research methods. He is currently working on projects related to staffing organizations (e.g. big data, meta-analysis, content analysis, and philosophy of science.) Much of his research time is devoted to serving as co-Founder of the metaBUS project (metaBUS.org), which maintains the largest database of hand-curated, published research findings in the social sciences.
