About Frank

Bosco studies various topics pertaining to human resource management; organizational behavior and organizational research methods. He is currently working on projects related to staffing organizations (e.g. big data; meta-analysis; content analysis; and philosophy of science.) Much of his research time is devoted to serving as co-Founder of the metaBUS project; which maintains the largest database of hand-curated; published research findings in the social sciences.
