About Sheetal
Gowda's current research focuses on the role of public-private partnerships in the delivery of education in India. Previously she has participated in different research projects such as: “Investing in the Crisis: Private participation in the education of Syrian refugees”; “Knowledge Banking in Global Education Policy: A bibliometric analysis of World Bank publications of public-private partnerships”; and “Understanding Youth Leadership in the Boston Public School Walkout Movement.” Overarching themes in her research include education and development; private sector engagement in education; education privatization policies; and the evaluation of education policies.
